By requesting that our members email our support team directly, it allows us to have an open and honest conversation regarding the subscription process and product offerings. With thousands of direct member touch points per day, our members help inform a variety of our decisions from product development to website flow. Your feedback is incredibly important to us!

To cancel your subscription, you can contact Member Services at: support@thebeardclub.com

They'll be available to assist you Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm, and on Saturday from 9am-1pm

    I tried to cancel my subscription, it won't let me, it makes me mad cuz it like ordering by itself every single 2 weeks or 1, Pls I don't need that much stuff, i only want one, and that was the first one, Pls Stop

    It is not possible to cancel your subscription on the website on your own.  By requesting that our members email our support team directly in order to cancel their subscription, it allows us to have an open and honest conversation regarding the subscription process and product offerings.
