Why Can't I Cancel My Subscription From Your Website?

We provide clear and conspicuous disclosures about our subscription offerings throughout our website and in numerous emails that our members receive following their orders.

By requesting that our members email our support team directly, it allows us to have an open and honest conversation regarding the subscription process and product offerings. With thousands of direct member touch points per day, our members help inform a variety of our decisions from product development to website flow. Your feedback is incredibly important to us!

To cancel your subscription, you can contact Member Services at: support@thebeardclub.com

They'll be available to assist you Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm, and on Saturday from 9am-1pm

    This article doesn't help at all, even when you click on "subscriptions" in your account it wont allow you to remove any of your orders because your subscription needs 1 item in it. I've also asked to cancel my account before my next order ship and the dollar beard club of course ignored this. Extremely inconvenient way to conduct business still haven't been able to cancel my order.

    Hey Zach! 

    You are correct that members cannot remove all items from their subscription. If you'd like to add different items, add those first and then remove the others. We only process cancel requests manually through our support team. If you haven't already, you can write into our team at any time and they will process your request. We require members to write in in order to cancel their subscriptions so that we can gather feedback regarding these requests.

    Never have I encountered such thieves! These people are just amateur con artists over charging for products that you can buy at CVS at half the cost. Not only that, but when I tried to cancel my subscription before i was charged again, guess what? oh you have to email us directly and wait up to 3 business day before we can contact you back. Thieves, holding people hostage and not letting them cancel instantly because they want "Feedback." Well here's you feedback, I think your service is the worst I've encountered ever. I hope that people realize that your products are crap, and that this is just a scam to get their money. word of advice, you can buy the exact same products, with the exact same content portions at any pharmacy for half the cost. Good luck people. Oh and watch this not get posted because they content manage people opinions of them on their forums.

    Hey Ian! I want to apologize that you feel you have not had a good experience with our company. Any feedback that we receive from members looking to cancel is a huge help in how we can create further changes to create the most kick-ass member experience possible for our bearded brethren.

    I tried to cancel my subscription, it won't let me, it makes me mad cuz it like ordering by itself every single 2 weeks or 1, Pls I don't need that much stuff, i only want one, and that was the first one, Pls Stop
