Can I Place My Subscription on Hold?

Yes! If you’d like to wait longer than 30 days to receive your next box, you can change your renewal date to any date in the future. By doing this, you are effectively putting your subscription on hold until that selected date.

Please note that monthly billing will resume at the time of the newly selected renewal date.

    Good luck getting them to stop sending you stuff. I put my account on hold, removed everything from my box, and STILL got another shipment. ;(

    I want to apologize that you feel that you have not had a good experience with our company. :(

    You must make your changes at least 3 days in advance of your monthly renewal date. Unfortunately, once your order hits the warehouse, we are unable to cancel or edit your order.

    Although you have made the decision to leave this bearded brotherhood, you have been a valued member of our club!

    This answer is not correct.  It states "you can change your renewal date to any date in the future."  It will only let you set the date to some time in the next three months.  I really want to put my subscription on hold.  You are preventing me from doing this.  Any future shipments will be refused and disputed with my credit card company.
